Balls of Light Preloader is a simple to use and modify Flash preloader for your website. The script allows you to easily change the size and the color of the balls. You simply just make your modifications to the ball MovieClip in the library, so the preloader design suits your project. The percentage values in-between the animation is calculated, which makes the animation smoother. When loading completes, it will jump to frame 2 or do another action if you want. You simply just have to drop the preloader in the frame before your content in your flashmovie. The preloader is Flash 8 compatible and it is programmed in ActionScript 2.0.

Windows 8 estimates: 500 million users in 2013

Microsoft expects to launch a new wave of optimism with Windows 8. In a recent statement, Steve Ballmer, chief executive at Microsoft, estimates that Windows 8 will reach a total of about 500 million users by the end of 2013.
